Our antitrust practice has focused on representing plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust disputes in federal court. We have recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for plaintiffs; and we have saved defendants hundreds of thousands of dollars in defending against claims brought against defendants. We have represented plaintiffs and defendants in all types of antitrust disputes, including claims sounding in contracts that violate antitrust laws to conspiracies that violate the antitrust laws. Over the years we have developed expertise in representing clients in antitrust issues that arises from the sale of business assets that limit the business seller’s ability to compete against the buyer.
