A large part of the commercial cases we take involve claims of breach of contract, and we represent plaintiffs and defendants. We are involved in every aspect of the breach of contract claim, from drafting the contract to litigating issues that arise from the contract. We have represented plaintiffs and defendants in a number of industries, including medical, telecommunications, banking, financial services, oil and gas, mining, accounting, antitrust/competition, executive compensation and benefits, private equity, and international/cross border transactions, among other industries. In addition, we have drafted, advised on, and litigated every kind of provision in a contract, ranging from payment provision and indemnification provisions to confidentiality provisions, and other provisions that form the basis of a claim for breach of contract.
