International Practice

Williams LLP has a premier international Law practice, especially issues related to Africa. A large part of our international practice has been helping businesses from around the world do business across Africa, from advising on mining agreements, on the insurance and reinsurance market in Kenya, on establishing farms, in exporting goods to and from Africa, among other issues. We have also assisted individuals and companies in Africa do business outside of Africa. We have, for example, represented African companies to access capital markets outside of Africa by advising on entity formation, among other issues.
